Premiums, prices and quotes

Premiums shown on this site are indicative monthly figures for illustrative purposes. They include GST and stamp duty, and where relevant the NSW Emergency Services Levy or the Tasmanian Fire Service Contribution. An actual premium depends on the sums insured, the excess chosen, the address, the claims history and the options selected. The indicative figure produced by the quote tool is calculated in your browser and is not an offer.

Accuracy

We take care to keep the information here accurate and current, including the descriptions of state based schemes such as CTP, stamp duty and emergency services levies. Those schemes change. Where there is any inconsistency between this site and a Product Disclosure Statement, the Product Disclosure Statement governs.

The content, design, code and marks on this site belong to Southerly Insurance Australia Pty Ltd unless otherwise noted. Photography sourced from third parties is credited in the repository. You may read, print and quote from this site for personal use. You may not reproduce it commercially without written permission.

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.

Southerly Insurance Australia Pty Ltd is a fictional company invented for this demonstration. No ABN, ACN or AFSL number is shown anywhere on this site, because a made-up number in ASIC's real format could belong to a genuine licensee.

The office address on this site is invented. Sounding Lane does not exist, in Pyrmont or anywhere else in Sydney, and no coordinates are published for it. Every phone number here is inside the (0X) 5550 1000 to 5550 1999 range that ACMA reserves for drama. Those numbers are never allocated and cannot connect. The only real numbers on this site belong to public bodies cited as themselves: the OAIC on 1300 363 992 and AFCA on 1800 931 678.
